Former USSR star Evgeny Lovchev says Arsenal attacker Andrey Arshavin has rejected a move to Reading.
Sovsport says Reading have refused to meet Arshavin's €80,000-a-week personal demands.
Lovchev says: "If 'Shava' is not going to Reading, it's because he has options with PSV Eindoven's Dick Advocaat and Zenit St Petersburg."
