Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor has ruled himself out of Togo's immediate World Cup qualifiers.
The 24-year-old says the Togolese Football Federation is too poorly run for him to consider leaving London on international duty.
"There is a game coming up for Togo but I am not ready to put myself in trouble as I think it is better to stay here in London," said Adebayor.
"I have told Togo's governing body they have to change how they organise trips if they want me to play for my country again, but I'm not retiring for good."
