Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere is keen on a return to Bolton Wanderers.
The Sunday Express says Wilshere is hopeful the two clubs can thrash out a deal after telling friends he would be happy to spend another year at Bolton.
The England Under-21 star is yet to make a Premier League start for Arsenal but is viewed as a star of the future by many in North London.
