Arsenal youngster Crowley set for Go Ahead Eagles loan

Arsenal youngster Dan Crowley is set to join Dutch side Go Ahead Eagles on a loan move until the end of the season, according to reports.

The midfielder recently re-joined the Gunners after his loan spell was cut short by League One club Oxford United.

The 19-year-old managed only two goals in six league appearances during his loan spell with the U's.

Crowley was regarded as one of the best young talents in the country when he joined the Gunners from Aston Villa in 2013.

However, his current contract expires in the summer, and he is yet to convince Arsene Wenger that his long-term future belongs with the North London club.

It is understood that he will spend the remainder of the 2016/17 season with Deventer-based Go Ahead who currently sit at the foot of the Dutch Eredivisie table.
