Arsenal teenager Benik Afobe is maintaining the faith in the club as they strive to get their season back on track.
The Gunners moved to 10th on the Premier League table thanks to yesterday's 2-1 win over Sunderland and a positive Afobe says that a rapid rise up the rankings is certainly not out of reach.
"We've seen in the past that other good sides, like Manchester United, have had poor starts to the season and still managed to turn things round and become champions, so we aren't finished yet," he told skysports.com.
"It is still early days and everyone remains confident that we can start putting consistent performances and wins together soon.
"We just need to stay strong mentally and keep believing that things will go our way eventually.
"Obviously, we want to prove the critics wrong, but I don't think it is about proving people wrong, as it is more important to prove to ourselves that we can do it.
"The luck will change soon and if we can put together a good run then I'm sure that people will start rating us again rather than writing us off."
