Arsenal winger Walcott: Arshavin plays with smile on his face
Arsenal winger Theo Walcott hailed matchwinner Andrey Arshavin after victory over Liverpool on Sunday.
Arshavin fired home his eighth goal of the season to see Arsenal to a 2-1 victory at Anfield.
"If you put him in those positions, he is always going to put it away," Walcott told arsenal.com.
"He has got plenty of pace as well. We can frighten defenders at times but also you have to defend well and not always break forward.
"We have got so many attacking players and Andrey has done it yet again.
"He just seems to be relaxed. There is always a smile on his face when he is playing and to get a goal was very well deserved.
"You could put any goalkeeper in that position and he is never going to make the save.
"It was a fantastic finish."

Yeah, better than u 100 times
Look what u have done to urself by not listening to wenger's advice
I don see any quality in walcott recently...looks like an anonymous player to me
You stupid people .. you call yourself arsenal fans. Walcott has just come back from a series of back injuries and is just getting back to full fitness. The least we can do is encourage to get back to his paces which we all know can be breathtaking. Just let him get a couple of games under his belt and you'll soon see his quality.
Walcott has become as intolerable as Almunia.
As an Arsenal fan, I am fed up with him doing all his talking in the media, and delivering nothing but very poor performances on the pitch.
He is a very weak link in the team; other defenders are not afraid of YOU Theo, they are thrilled when they see your name on the team sheet!
BTW, what is this “We” business, we got better, we came back from 1-0, etc.
YOU did NOTHING till you got substituted mate; you were useless in this game, and I can’t remember the last time you actually had a great game for Arsenal!
Wise up, stop silly acts like giving your girlfriend a Ferrari, and give us Arsenal fan something for all the money you earn, or move on to another club please!
