Arsenal winger Theo Walcott has revealed he's been improving his game by studying DVDs of former Gunners star Freddie Ljungberg.
The Swede is now playing in the United States with Seattle Sounders.
"His runs are perfect for me," Walcott told the Telegraph. "When you get the ball, people expect me to just run past five or six players and cross it in or get a goal. It's difficult to run at pace and pick someone out at times.
"Sometimes the best thing is to put the ball into space for someone to attack it. It's happened quite a few times this season that I've put it into space and no one's been there which has made me look a bit worse than I am."
