Arsenal are willing to meet Cardiff City's asking price for David Marshall.
The Daily Star says they are preparing a £15m bid to bring Marshall to the Emirates.
Reports claim that Arsene Wenger is a huge admirer of the Scottish international, and will not be deterred by the Bluebirds £15m evaluation.
Wenger is seeking a replacement for the long suffering Lukasz Fabianski, who has stated in no uncertain terms that he will leave Arsenal in the summer.
