Arsenal are willing to up their bid for Newcastle United midfielder Yohan Cabaye.

The Daily Star says they are poised to return with an improved £13m bid for Cabaye.

The Gunners had an £11m offer for the France international turned down last week.

But they are now set to up the ante - and the amount they are willing to pay - with just six days of the transfer window left.
