Arsenal are eyeing Celtic powerhouse Victor Wanyama.

The Kenyan midfielder is rated at £25million by the Scottish giants but Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has identified him as the ideal man to bolster their midfield options, according to the Independent.

Arsenal have watched the 21-year-old extensively and he has also attracted interest from Manchester United and Fulham.

Hoops boss Neil Lennon said: "I don't want to stop their progress. I will shake his hand and say 'good luck to you son'. Just so long as we get about £25million."
