Tresor Mputu may reject a move to Standard Liege to sign with a Premiership club.

Belgian sources say Standard are still to secure Mputu to a deal and Arsenal and Wigan Athletic are showing fresh interest in the DR Congo star.

Mputu spent time at Arsenal last year and is tied to Congo club Mazembe.
