Arsenal whiz Barazite confident of shining

Dutch whizkid Nacer Barazite is targeting a breakthrough at Arsenal this season.

The 17 year-old impressed during his first season at the Club and scored when he made his first-team debut in the 2-0 friendly win over Barnet earlier this month.

Barazite told arsenal.com: "I think during my first five months in England I played very good football but after I had a couple of months where I wasn't performing quite so well.

"I think I had to get used to a new style of football. The change threw me. In Holland footballers are renowned for their technical ability and when you do a nice piece of skill people like it. But over here it seemed they like it more when you kick somebody!

"But I learnt that if you have the technique over here you can make a difference in games. Not everyone has such a high level of technical ability and I can hopefully use it to my advantage."

He added: "I'm just waiting for next season now and hoping I can produce the good football I was before."
