Arsenal are watching for Wolfsburg attacking midfielder Maximilian Arnold.
The Daily Mail says Wenger is keeping tabs on Arnold.
The Gunners have developed their scouting network in Germany and have spotted Arnold, 19, who is under contract until 2015, but has a buy-out clause of around £8million.
