Arsenal are watching Marseille fullback Taye Taiwo.

The People says Taiwo will leave Marseille on a free this summer - and it is believed that Arsenal have made contact with the player.

He is a free-kick specialist with an excellent goals record. Marseille boss Didier Deschamps is resigned to losing him to a club in England or Spain.

Taiwo has also been targeted by Real Madrid chief Jose Mourinho, who has shown interest in Clichy.
