Arsenal in watching brief for Werder Bremen youngster

German newspaper Bild claims Arsenal are closely watching Werder Bremen's highly-rated youngster Mesut Oezil.

However, the Gunners face competition in the race to secure the 20 year olds signature with Valencia, Juventus and Manchester City also in the hunt for the midfielder.
