Arsenal are planning a deadline day swoop for Borussia Dortmund defender Neven Subotic.
The London Evening Standard says Arsenal have been quoted a figure in the region of £18m for the 20-year-old.
But the Gunners are reluctant to pay more than £12m for the 6ft 4in Serbia international.
