Arsenal aren't ready to release Dutch prospect Oguzhan Ozyakup.
The Daily Mail says PSV Eindhoven want young Arsenal midfielder Ozyakup as a replacement for Barcelona-bound Ibrahim Afellay.
Arsenal missed out on Afellay in the summer and may now stop PSV signing the 18-year-old Dutchman by offering him a three-year contract.
