Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is interested in Olympique Lyon fullback Aly Cissokho.

French sources say Wenger wants to sign Lyon left-back Cissokho to replace Gael Clichy.

Clichy joined Manchester City for £7m yesterday, but it is believed that 23-year-old Cissokho would cost Arsenal around £11m.

The former Porto defender - capped once by France - has three years to run on his contract with Lyon.
