Arsenal are monitoring developments at cash-strapped Everton.
The Sun says the Gunners have been keeping tabs on Goodison Park duo Phil Jagielka and Leighton Baines.
And their hopes of prising away the Toffees stars have been given a boost after Everton chairman Bill Kenwright admitted the club must sell before they can buy.
The Toffees have made just one summer signing - Sporting Lisbon kid Eric Dier on loan.
And they may be tempted to sell off crown jewels Jagielka and Baines, who could command in excess of £12million each.
