Arsenal are wrapping up the signing of another French prospect.
L'Equipe says Arsenal have snatched Ismael Bennacer from under the nose of Manchester City.
The Gunners have signed 18-year-old Bennacer from AC Arles-Avignon and is set to be placed in the Under-21 squad.
Last month, it had appeared that the France youth international was set to sign for Manchester City.
