Arsenal have handed trials to Oman defender Saad Al-Mukhaini.
The 24-year-old left back, who plays for Omani top-flight side Fanja SC and has earned 23 caps for his country since his debut in 2009, was recommended by former Rangers and Lyon boss Paul Le Guen.
Le Guen is now the Oman coach and close to Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.
