Arsenal and Tottenham are being linked with FC Koln striker Lukas Podolski.
The Germany attacker admits he would be open to a move to England and has been a long-term target for the Gunners and Spurs.
"Being at Koln does me good. It's my club, it my town," the 25-year-old told Bild.
"If it's up to me, I'll still be here next season. Where I'd go if I opted to leave after all? Without wanting to sound arrogant, I could succeed at a big European club, in England or Spain."
