CSKA Moscow winger Alan Dzagoev remains a target for Premier League clubs.
The 21 year-old Russia international had trials at Chelsea as a teenager and remains a favourite of Blues owner Roman Abramovich.
Moscow sources say Tottenham and Arsenal are now keen to bring Dzagoev to London.
The midfielder can play wide and also through the middle - similar to Valencia star Juan Mata.
