Jefferson Montero is looking to bring even more to the Swansea City line-up following his brilliant showing against Arsenal last weekend.
The Ecuadorian winger tormented the Gunners defence, particularly youngster Calum Chambers, in the Swans' 2-1 come-from-behind win at the Liberty Stadium but he suggests he can perform to an even higher standard.
"I think I'm playing well now, but I want to play even better," the 25-year old told WalesOnline via a translator.
"The most important thing is that the team won and hopefully I can contribute a lot more this season. I feel like every player here can be in the first 11. I'm enjoying my time and I'm training hard to do my best and to keep doing the same.
"The Premier League is difficult, but I think I have adapted very quickly because of the players here, they are all helping me. Everyone has helped me, but because I don't speak English people like Angel Rangel and (assistant manager) Pep (Clotet) are helping me a lot.
"The main thing I have to do now is assist goals, to help the side to score, but I'm a sure a goal will come for me too. I'm trying to play as much as possible and do my best to help the team."
Since joining Swansea from Mexican club Morelia in the summer, Montero has made three Premier League starts for a total of 14 appearances in all competitions for the Welsh side.
