Arsenal are eyeing Hoffenheim's Alexander Rosen for the role of Director of Football at the club, according to the Daily Mirror.

Rosen has impressed during his time in Germany, having been lauded for his courageous hiring of young manager Julian Nagelsmann. The 29-year old has since led the Bundesliga club to qualification for the Champions League for the first time, and the Gunners are confident that he can guide the North London club in the right direction.
