Arsenal have informed striker Jay Simpson he is free to find a new club.
The Daily Mail says Simpson is in talks with Cypriot side Omonia Nicosia.
The 21-year-old, who is in the final year of his contract at Arsenal, was on loan at QPR last season but has been told he is free to leave if a suitable offer comes in.
Peterborough United have also shown an interest.
