Auxerre striker Paul George Ntep is wary of leaving for a big club in January.
Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are all scouting the Ligue 2 sensation this season.
Ntep admits Arsenal's interest excites him, but also says: "Leaving, yes, but for what? If this is to go to a club to sit on the bench, where is the progression?
"I'm not saying I want to go to a big club to play immediately, but at least I can start contributing in the medium term."
