PSV Eindhoven are expected to lose Hirving Lozano next year.
The Mexico midfielder only joined PSV this year, but has been in sensational form and is attracting admiring glances from across Europe.
Arsenal have been credited with serious interest - but Lozano is being tipped for a bigger move.
"He is an exceptional player and has made a name quickly since he came to PSV last summer," pundit Kees Jansma said on Studio Voetbal on Sunday. "Lozano will go for seventy million euros next year, which I'm thinking of a club like Manchester City, who will just pay it."
Fellow commentator Sjoerd Mossou agreed.
"He will leave again next summer, for seventy million euros, then PSV is out of financial concern."
