Arsenal target Cabaye ponders PSG future

Yohan Cabaye admits he is contemplating his future at Paris Saint-Germain.

The French midfielder joined the Ligue 1 champions from Newcastle United in January 2014 but his £20million move has not quite turned out as he would have liked.

Cabaye, who has been linked with Arsenal in the past, is eyeing a possible departure from Parc des Princes as he plans to find regular football ahead of Euro2016 in his home country next summer.

"It is a distinct moment in my career," Cabaye said on his future. "I have never been through this before.

"One has to accept it but also try to change it. It is super important for me, I want to play Euro 2016.

"I need to speak to the boss and my representatives to see what is best for me."

It is believed that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is pondering a £10million move for Cabaye in the summer.
