Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger faces competition from Boca Juniors for Anderlecht midfielder Lucas Biglia.

The Argentine midfielder, currently playing for Anderlecht in Belgium, has been pushed up Arsene Wenger's watch list with a view to filling the gap that appeared when Alex Song jumped ship for Barcelona.

Responding to the news that Boca were interested in signing him, Biglia told Belgian newspaper BH: "The best club in Argentina wants me? Yes it is weird. I know the coach very well."
