Velez Sarsfield star Ricky Alvarez says a move to Inter Milan is on.
Alvarez is thought to have clinched a deal worth 9m plus another 3m in performance-related bonuses.
"Everyone says we're very close to completing the move to Inter, though my agent told me not to say anything until it's official," declared the Argentine.
"I can only say that I am very grateful to Zanetti for what he has done for me. I think my father will come with me on my new adventure, followed by my mother and my sister."
