Toulouse centre-forward Andre-Pierre Gignac is back in the sights of Arsenal.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is ready to enter the market for a new striker with Robin van Persie having effectively been ruled out for the season with an ankle injury.
L'Equipe says Wenger's top target is Marouane Chamakh, however, he also has Gignac in his sights should he fail to convince Bordeaux to sell their Morocco international.
Wenger made enquiries after Gignac in the summer before deciding to go with what he had.
