Arsenal have made an offer for Real Zaragoza midfielder Ander Herrera.
The youngster has already seen a €10 million offer from the Gunners rejected by Zaragoza, says AS. Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger sees Herrera as a replacement for Cesc Fabregas.
Zaragoza president Agapito Iglesias has referred Arsenal to Herrera's €24 million buyout clause, though could be willing to sell for around €15 million.
