Arsenal have tabled a new five-year contract offer to Samir Nasri.
Nasri, 23, has been outstanding for Arsenal this season and with Barcelona circling, they're anxious to tie him down as his current deal only has 18 months left.
France midfielder Nasri has been handed a deal to put him up with the club's big contracts like Cesc Fabregas, Andrey Arshavin and Robin van Persie.
Arsenal are hoping to seal the Nasri deal shortly and will then try to sign up Gael Clichy on a new deal as he also has only 18 months left.
