The Arsenal Supporters' Trust say fans want Arsene Wenger to go at the end of the season.

The Sun says the AST is the most influential voice of the club's fanbase.

And a stunning 78 per cent of AST members voted against Wenger signing that new deal, while 86 per cent believe the board are not acting in the best interests of the club.

The poll, carried out last week among the trust's 1,000-strong membership, delivers a damning verdict on the current state of the club.

An AST statement said: “A substantial majority of our members believe Arsene Wenger is no longer the right person to take the club forward."
