Danny Welbeck has been cleared of committing an act of simulation during Arsenal's win over AC Milan in the Europa League last Thursday.
The Englishman went down inside the box conspicuously after minimal contact from Milan defender Ricardo Rodriguez.
The decision is a massive win for Arsenal, who will now be able to field Welbeck in their final eight match first leg against CSKA Moscow on April 5.
With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang inelibigible to play in the competition and Alexandre Lacazette working his way back from injury, Welbeck is the only striker available for the Gunners.
The 27-year-old scored twice in the win over Gennaro Gattuso's side.
