The Sun says Giroud spotted at Lyon airport – sparking rumours that Alexandre Lacazette is headed the other way.

An Instagram user posed for a selfie with the international today amid rumours he will make way for fellow France striker to move to Arsenal.

Chatter is abound today that Arsene Wenger is losing in on £50million Lacazette — putting other clubs including West Ham in pole position to nab 30-year-old Giroud.

And Lyon appear to have moved on, the French outfit agreeing a £16.5m deal with Chelsea for striker Bertrand Traore, 21.

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas confirmed: “We're fine-tuning the talks with the player and I hope to be able to conclude the deal in the next few days."
