Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud says he's determined to stare down his critics.

Giroud struck twice on Saturday in France's win over Luxembourg.

Asked about his knockers, the striker said: "You have to deal with critics and people who are a bit skeptical.

"The best solution is to respond on the ground and show a strength of character, with much humility and that's what I'm trying to do. I think we all do.

"Rather, I am used to going all the way through my career to achieve things, to always fight. Nothing has ever been easy but it's also in there that I built myself."
