Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette was delighted with his brace for victory over West Ham on Sunday.
Lacazette admits it was a "special" game given manager Arsene Wenger's announcement he was stepping down this summer.
He said: "It's true it was a pretty special match. The first since we learned the coach's decision, but now, we must think of something else, we must think about this end of the season, give him a lot of fun as we did today (Sunday) and to finish well.
"My first reaction when he told us this news? I think everyone was shocked, we did not expect it at all. But it's part of football. We knew that, at some point, he would have to stop and we did not think it was going to be this season, so suddenly, we digest it, then move on to something else."
