Arsenal striker Joel Campbell is again struggling with injury at Real Betis.

The Costa Rica international joined Betis on a season-long loan carrying an injury and coach Quique Setien now faces being without the attacker for several more weeks.

Campbell had minor surgery on a long standing knee problem last week, while he is still recovering from an ankle complaint.

The upshot is Setien may not be able to count on Campbell before the LaLiga breaks for the winter recess.

The forward has only managed 89 minutes for Betis so far this season.
