Olivier Giroud has been recalled to Didier Deschamps' France squad after his goalscoring return from injury with Arsenal.
The 30-year-old has scored three goals in two appearances for the Gunners since recovering from a big toe injury.
However Crystal Palace midfielder Yohan Cabaye, a regular in the France setup, has paid the price for the Eagles early season struggles.
Ballon d'Or nominees Hugo Lloris and Dimitri Payet remain in the squad, alongside fellow London stars Steve Mandanda, Laurent Koscielny, N'Golo Kante and Moussa Sissoko.
