Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner intends to prove his progress by doubling his goals return this season.

He said: "I've played quite a few games this season, and I think I am capable of playing up front for Arsenal. As a striker you always want to be either scoring or setting up goals.

"Hopefully I can get double what I got last year. I think that's reachable and it's a good target."
