Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is optimistic Cesc Fabregas will be available for this weekend's clash against Manchester United. The Gunners captain sustained a hamstring injury during the recent 4-1 win over Portsmouth and will now miss Wednesday's UEFA Champions League play-off tie against Celtic.
"From last Saturday we lost Cesc Fabregas who did not train today," the French tactician told the club's official website.
"His scan was quite reassuring as he has no muscular strain but it will take a few days to settle down.
"There's a chance he'll be fit for Old Trafford."
