Arsenal winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will never suffer from a lack of confidence.
The Ox's cocksure attitude can help the transition into life among elite footballers.
As does an upbringing in a football family. His father Mark was also an England international and his Uncle Neville a professional footballer.
"You have to have that confidence otherwise you won't go anywhere," said Oxlade-Chamberlain.
"If you don't believe in yourself, no-one else will. But you also have to keep your feet on the ground, realise it is a very hard league and that you cannot take your foot off the gas at any time.
"In one moment, it can go from being good to being bad.
"You have to make sure it doesn't happen so you have to approach every training session and every game in the same way. That's what I'll do. I'll keep my head down and keep working."
