Arsenal starlet Eastmond makes Wycombe move

League One Wycombe have completed the signing of Arsenal midfielder Craig Eastmond on loan until the end of the season.

The 21-year-old has played 10 times in the Gunners' first team, including four appearances in the Premier League and one in the Champions League.

"It's a very good move for me," Eastmond told Wycombe's official website. "I just want to play as many games as possible and help Wycombe move up the table. I'm always ready for a new challenge, that's what football is all about."

Wanderers boss Gary Waddock added: "He's got all the right qualities. He's joining us from one of the best clubs in England and I'm delighted that we've been able to add him to the group.

"He's hungry to develop as a player and hopefully we'll give him the perfect platform to do that."
