Arsenal winger Theo Walcott says Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe can make a big impact at the Euros.

Defoe impressed off the bench in England's victory over Belgium.

"JD [Defoe] will always make those runs off the ball and make my job so much easier," said the winger. "We are a team playing without any fear and when players come off the bench they want to grab that opportunity. I've had the hamstring problem at the end of the season and I'm starting to ease my way back into it now. I'm training hard and I feel great. Hopefully I can show a bit more of that in a starting role."
