Arsenal star Ozil wants 'two to three more years in the Premier League' - agent

Mesut Ozil's agent has confirmed Besiktas' interest in his client, but insists he wants to remain in the Premier League for 'two to three more years'.

Dr Erkut Sogut also stated that negotiations with Arsenal were moving in a 'positive' direction.

Manchester United and Inter Milan have been heavily linked with the 28-year-old, whose contract runs out in June.

Sogut told Turkish outlet Fanatik: "Mesut is glad to hear of Besiktas being interested in him, however, no proposal has reached us.

"Even if that did happen, he wants to play in the Premier League for at least two to three more years.

"Our contact with Arsenal continues and we are moving in a positive direction."
