Manchester United and Manchester City are locked in a £25 million battle for Lille star Eden Hazard. The Daily Express says already poised for a Premier League title shoot-out tomorrow night at the Etihad Stadium, the two deadly foes are prepared to fight it out with the cheque book over the attacking midfielder.
Hazard has been personally vetted in recent weeks by both United boss Sir Alex Ferguson and his City counterpart Roberto Mancini.
Hazard, 21, is also admired by Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger but it's unlikely that the Gunners will remain in the bidding once it reaches the £25m mark.
