Nottingham Forest are to send Jamaal Lascelles on-loan to Stevenage.
Tottenham and Arsenal are following the young defender.
Lascelles, 18, is valued at £5m and the move is seen as vital for his experience.
Stevenage manager Gary Smith is a former Arsenal scout.
