Juventus midfielder Sebastian Giovinco is being tipped for a move to the Premier League.
Giovinco's Juve deal expires in June, which allows him to commit to a pre-contract with a foreign club from January 1.
Sportitalia transfer expect Alfredo Pedulla revealed last night: "Clearly, Giovinco for no cost may be an ambition of English clubs who have tried in the past - if he wants to cut the umbilical cord with Italy.
"Also I think he will go abroad. The most important possibility could see him in England.
"It's the kind of league that he likes, he had temptations in the past, there have been enquiries."
Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool have all been linked with Giovinco in the past.
